Picnic Spreads
  • Mountain Spread

    This flavorful meal package includes your choice of two meats (Black Forrest Ham, Mesquite Smoked Turkey Breast, or Chicken Salad).One side (creamy potato salad, macaroni salad, house-made potato chips, or a cookie tray).

    Additionally, choose two kinds of bread (white, wheat, or rye) and two types of cheese (American, Swiss, cheddar, pepper jack, or provolone).

    Topping and condiment options include lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and mustard. (18.00 per person) 

  • Smokey Spread

    A savory meal package that includes your choice of two meats (Hamburgers, BBQ pulled pork, seasoned grilled chicken, BBQ chicken, or hot dogs with house-made chili).Two sides (potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, BBQ baked beans, or deviled eggs).

    This spread is served with house-made potato chips, sweetened ice tea, lemonade, and water.

    Topping and condiment options include lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, ketchup, American cheese, and Swiss cheese. (15.00 per person)

  • Burgundy Beef Tips - Skirt Steak braised in a red wine sauce with mushrooms and pearl onions
  • Sliced Pork Loin - Roasted pork loin seasoned with a spice rub containing rosemary, thyme, oregano, and dry mustard
  • Roasted Turkey & Dressing - Roasted turkey served with homemade cornbread and celery dressing
  • Swiss Chicken - Chicken breast marinated in tarragon, rosemary, and Italian seasoning, then baked in Swiss cheese and Parmesan cream sauce
  • Barbecue Chicken Breast - Chicken breast smothered in your choice of country or vinegar-barbecue sauce
  • Basil Chicken - Sautéed breast of chicken with Roma tomatoes, fresh basil and garlic in a white wine butter sauce
  • Pistachio Encrusted Flounder- Flounder encrusted in panko breadcrumbs, crushed pistachios, and crushed salted pretzels and baked
  • Baked Flounder - Blackened and baked founder fillets
  • Blackened Cod - Seasoned and blackened flounder fillets

  • Italian Sausage, Peppers & Onions

    Mild Italian sausage grilled and sautéed with sweet bell peppers and red onion. (130.00 per platter)

  • Stuffed Banana Peppers

    An exciting and tangy recipe of mild banana peppers stuffed with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, rolled in an egg roll wrap and fried.(175.00 per platter)

  • Country Ham Biscuits

    Delicious sliced honey ham served on fluffy and buttery handmade biscuits. (100.00 per platter)

  • Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

    Sautéed sausage, garlic, onion, parsley, Parmesan cheese stuffed into portobello mushroom caps. (225.00 per platter)

  • Bourbon Barbecue Ribs

    Tender and juicy pork ribs glazed with a homemade bourbon barbecue sauce. (280.00 per platter)

  • Chicken & Waffles Miniatures

    Hand-breaded southern-style chicken strips served on fluffy waffle triangles and drizzled with honey or syrup. (250.00 per platter)

  • Mushroom Risotto Bites

    Bite-sized portions of garlic and portobello mushroom risotto rolled in panko breadcrumbs and fried. (80.00 per platter)

Please note, that due Alcohol Beverage Commission regulations, any alcohol served at your reception must be served through Skyline’s liquor license.

Four Hor D’Eourve options can be selected for the Feast I Package, or you can add as many Hor D’Eourve options as you like to any other catering package for an additional, a la carte charge.
