Our forty-two rolling acres of property is the perfect enchanted backdrop for weddings, taken in best from our 3,600 square-foot Grand Deck that overlooks both our private lake and our fishing pond. For a closer look at our lake and scenery, head to our dock and take one of our paddle boats out for some fun.

In addition to our lovely landscape and forty-eight room lodge, Skyline offers a full range of wedding services that include planning, coordination, bridal suites, full bar service, rentals, and catering services that include delicious hors d’oeuvres and complete meal packages like our Mountain Picnic Spread package and our Smokey Picnic Spread. Frequently Asked Questions

What is the required deposit amount?

The amount required is $200. This amount is non-refundable should you choose to cancel within 90 days of the rental date.

When is the deposit due?

The deposit is due seven business days after we put a tentative hold on the event space. You will receive our contract by fax, mail or email, which you will need to sign and return with your deposit. If we do not receive your deposit, we will give you a courtesy call. We will release the date without written notice if we do not hear from you within 24 hours.

Do you provide a cost estimate?

After you’ve decided your menu selections, your coordinator will provide you with an estimated cost, including all food and beverages. View our catering menu.

When is the full payment due?

A payment on your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

What is the "guaranteed guest count" & when is it due?

The “guaranteed guest count” refers to the minimum number of guests you guarantee to have and will be the basis for which we will charge you. This count must be submitted seven days before your event and the number will be considered firm and may not decrease.

Can I supply the food and drinks for my event?

Due to health regulations and liquor licensing, any and all food and alcohol must be provided by Skyline Lodge, with wedding cakes being the only exception to this rule.

Are taxes and fees included in your prices?

There will be a 6% WV State Sales Tax added to all food, beverages and lodging. Lodging will also have an additional 6% WV State Lodging Tax.
