Baked with a nice crisp, and topped with fresh lemon juice. Gorgeous and flavorful, our Pistachio flounder will wow your guests. (300.00)

Marsala Chicken

Pan-seared chicken breast, simmered in a marsala wine sauce and mushrooms. (260.00)

Lemon Basil Chicken

Chicken breast pan-seared with fresh basil, spinach, and fresh lemon juice, making a colorful and flavorful dish! (290.00)

Sweet Bourbon Salmon

Wild-caught salmon cooked to perfection and then drizzled with a sweet house-made bourbon glaze. (660.00)

Bourbon BBQ Ribs

Half rack ribs basted in bourbon then smothered in sweet baby rays BBQ sauce. (860.00)

Garlic & Onion Pork Loin

Stuffed with garlic and onion, cooked for 5 hours, then topped with paprika and parsley. (300.00)
